Receiving a Complaint:
Should you have a complaint you would like to address with our Board Members, please contact the Umbrella Network office on 4928 6550 to access a complaint form, as all complaints must follow a process to be actioned. If the complaint is made by phone, a staff member will record the complaint on the Complaint form as described by the Complainant.
